The RERC on Technology Evaluation and Transfer is a collaborative program involving consumers coordinating user trails, businesses performing market analysis, and a university-center conducting technical evaluations. This collaborative work is sponsored by a government agency with the intent of developing and commercializing prototype devices for persons with disabilities. Inventors, researchers, and companies have multiple access points to the RERC's evaluation and transfer capabilities.
